quick suggestion once your vawa is approved you can go ahead and do your medical, once it is sign by a civil surgeon it can no longer expire, so to eliminate the RFE I suggest doing your medical. Guys @shari Mc is right, go ahead and do your medicals once your vawa is approved. it takes roughly a week to get your results.

some lawyers are recommending NOT to send medicals before RFE because you will see on notice letter that you have to send copy of notice letter with medicals because you have your own code on that notice.

it's understandable that the process can be frustrating to say the least. but my take is why rush a process that is completely out of your control? everybody's case is unique Case A might be different from Case B. if you have waited this long why not hang in there and wait until you receive the RFE and read through it to know exactly what is expected of you in your RFEs?
Making immigration decisions out of emotions isn't the best idea in my opinion.

@tuff gong what is there to read from a RFE that requires you to do medical, USCiS don't know what shots you are missing or have to take, how is it rushing the case when i said once the vawa is approved? doing medical isn't going in today and getting the results tmr, there's a wait period, so if u can do it and get it out the way and just wait for the RFE so you can respond to that RFE asap, why do I need to wait when the medical doesn't expire?

@shari Mc you are right to have different opinions about the same issue that's how we learn from each other, you have stated what you think is right to be done and that's okay and fine I am not countering what you said or saying it's a bad idea.
I have given my opinion as well what my point of view and I think that's not a bad idea either. Thank you for your suggestions and for anyone who that works with it okay also. The bottom line is we all want to get off the clutches of uscis and be free from these nightmare of waiting endlessly. Good luck to everyone.

@shari Mc don’t send medical before sometime they rejet interfile
just have your medical ready and send when they ask for it.
