USCIS #tps
Hi everyone, hope all is going well for y’all...
Can someone help me out please. I have already sent all my documents to USCIS through my online account but yesterday I received a letter that says I need to upload the same documents that I have already sent to them if I haven't done so yet, i don't know if i have to upload them once again or i don't know guys…, should i have uploaded them in their language because i uploaded them in their original form.
CR1 Processong Time
My son is a US citizen, married August 2021. Filed i130 January 5, 2022. His sweet wife is from Indonesia, but currently working in Hong Kong. Do you think this will delay processing? Where will the interview be? Our family is so anxious for her to be here. We love her so much already!
No update after medical rfe was sent
it’s exactly one month i sent my medical rfe to Baltimore field office, they only acknowledged receipt of my rfe but no update on my case since then, please i have two questions:
1. how long does it take before decision is made after the field office receives medical rfe
2: Does requesting for medical mean my interview was waived.
all the best to everyone
414-417 days before approval
#fiancee
so for now ive been reading some treads and for now it average around 388 to 417 days max before the approval or decision on a fiancee petition... but this was when uscis posted that average approval of 80% was around 11 to 12 months... hopefully they it in time.. 😢
