Hello everyone.
my 485J was approved today😊
I was told that both 485 and 485J usually get approve together but that was not the case for me.
anyone else have similar experience?

Mine was approved today as well. I dont think it means anything other that they approve your bonafide job offer, it doenst change anything towards when you will get gc

Did you apply EB3-3 visa within the U.S or outside U.S? My brother in Vietnam would like to appy this but we dont know how to do.

ead process had nothing to do with 485j, so you will get it when it’s processed

@An I did AOS which in within US. i believe you have to do consular processing if you want to do it outside of US

as per my observation it is taking 40 days approx to get gc approval after 485j letter. NBC doesn't even send ur case to local office.... they approve it directly if no complications

Congratulations and good luck. Did u raise any SR ticket? my 485j was approved on Aug 11 but not updates on 485. hopefully waiting for an update this week or next week
