Any February 2024 approval I-130 for parents?
Mine is on 29th February 2024, still haven’t received any update. over a year ago status was changed to case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. since then nothing has changed. Getting stressed and worried now.

We are doing marriage based I-130, similar date to yours. It's within normal time-frames right now so I wouldn't worry. If you look at the posts here it seems that they are currently approving a lot of cases from December 2023 so hopefully we will both hear something in a couple of months.

my marriage based was September of 2023 during that time it was 16 month wait time and it literally took till January of this year to get approved I'll assume you're probably in the same boat but I think it went up to probably 17.5 months wait time now

mine is for my parents. one in Texas service center and other in Vermont service center. but it looks like both my cases are just frozen and not moving forward
