National Benefit Center is NBC or MSC right?

I don't think so because mine is IOE and my wife filed it in texas bcos she's from texas but the day we contacted uscis a lady told us is california service center so try to add others up like IOE921 or IOE922 or IOE912 so that's how u will know the actual service center thanks

IOE is for 130 applications.

on the notice receipt the service center name is on it

it doesn’t matter what it says on your receipt. they move cases between centers. ask Emma where your case is.

Only your receipt can tell which service center it is. mine is IOE too but it’s at the Vermont service center. IOE only lets you know your application has been uploaded in their system and it’s not paper. It can be in any centers and I haven’t found a way to distinguish centers for the IOEs

and ironically it’s supposed to be faster but IOEs for I-751 are actually the slowest

@New1 A IOE numbers means your case was filed online, USCIS Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) while MSC is Missouri Service Center. (National Benefits Center).

@JENNIE . how do you check for the processing times when it's electronic. I guess use the center you got the reciepts notice from

@New1 A yes faster for adjustment of status. they do about 40-50 thousand I-765, 10k I-130 a week etc while in the meantime 50ish I-751s.
