@si dr yeah mine is also RFE received. but my RFE came from NBC in Feb. what about yours? did it from from the FO or from NBC?

mine transferred from NBC to portland maine in Jily

@si dr no my case moved in August according to Emma. the RFE was from NBC, not from the FO. was your RFE from the FO?

no my RFE was from NBC too. they sent me in june and send them back in end of june then in start of july my case moved portland ME

@si dr I feel like we have gotten very unlucky with our cases being sent to this office

@si dr he did not have RFE. he did reach out to his senator 2 months ago, not sure if that helped or not. have you thought about that? I haven’t done it so far

@m m can you ask him what he said to his senator? i asked my senator few days ago to help me to expedite the application process he sent me link which ask for readon and proof of evidence to expedite the process.

he just said he reached out and they did an inquiry. so not expedite but an inquiry @si dr

@si dr ok I just reached out to my congressman today. he said they have reached out to USCIS to inquire. Will let you know if I get any update

@si dr hopefully you’ll hear back soon. also the processing time for 80% of cases at Portland Maine office has gone from 12 months to 13.5 months now..
