my mom’s i130 went from ‘receipts sent’ to case is being actively reviewed on 3rd February,2025 Her PD is 3rd July,2024 i485 no update yet

Thank you @a m and you will here the good news soon. Did you check your documents tab because my dad i130 says the same thing but there is an approval letter in the document tab.

Hi Rita, this evening the i130 was approved . But on the i485 they sent RFE asking for new/recent photographs wonder what was wrong with the ones we sent 7 months ago.

we didn’t have an interview for my mother But I do think i130 and i485 get approved separately first i130 and then i485

Hi @a m maybe they required 6 months earlier photograph. Lucky you that you got something it’s been 1 month since my mom I130 approved but there is no any change on her I485. 🥲
