So my wife got her I-140 approved Jan 28, 2022 and her PD is Jan 19,2022. We are yet to receive a welcome letter from the NVC. The status hasn't changed from "Case Was Approved And My Decision Was Emailed". Is this a cause for worry?

nothing to worry about,if case approved..that's all you need as assurance that everything is going well.

we were told by the attorney that the welcome letter should arrive between day 30 and day 60 😬 we are about 4 days shy of day 60 but the case status hasn't even changed.

should this be in the "nvc public inquiry" section? I see their wait time is way backed up. Or is there another way this can be done? thanks for responding
