call to uscis center and schedule an appointment for info pass. I had the same problem, didn't receive my I-94 form after been granted 2 years ago. I made an appointment and went to my uscis office a month ago to get my form.

is it granted from Immigration court?

it's the same building where the immigration courts are but different room. my cases was approved in the immigration court 2 years ago.

O Len what number did you call to get info pass? Is it hard to get an appointment?

I had the same issues 3 years ago. I went to SS office and get my SSN without restrictions and keep my job to now. you're not supposed to loosen your job or anything because you're granted already. Go to the SS office to get your social and present it to your employer

Daniela M what document did you submit ? is Ayslum granted letter enough or you need Asylee I-94?

I took with me only my EAD with AO5 category that's it. I didn't receive no approved notice, no asylum granted letter or I-94. they sent to me only 2 years EAD card

I saw it on SS ADMINISTRATION Web site also. if you submit EAD with A05 they have to Issue you a Unrestricted SSN. but I call my Local social security administration to get an appointment but they told me I have to have green card for that. I don’t know what to do?

I called to 800-375-5283. this is in new york. you can find the phone number of your uscis center on the bottom of your receipt letter. first you call them and request the appointment for info pass, you also have to tell them the reason of your visit. they will tell you then that someone will call you back during the next 30 days to schedule an appointment. it is very important not to miss the call, however you will receive an email a few days before they will call you. the closest available appointment was in a week. once you are there you'll get you I-94 card the same day.
