I know we got separated but the questions were mostly about me, the very last ones about the marriage. they keep me for 40 min and him for just 10 so I don’t get it . because i have hear so many cases the got separated and the confirm everything the interview. we didn’t not got though questions and we were told to wait a week or a month until my background check comes clear . did they tell you the same ?

my case hasn’t changed at all. we were told to wait on the background check and it this comes out clear , He told my husband I’ll get the GC

@Z.A okay. they must not know people go to work and come back late. what if you go to work by 9am and come back late into the night? they will say until they see you at home? or will they call and book an appointment?

I received the exact same response after submitting a Service request. But I am EB-2 not sure if you are the same. So far there is still no update on my case yet. My PD has become current in April, 2021. Not sure what is going on.

I have the same issue. But not for the same case . I applied for naturalization test n400 and I did the test and I pass but they put me background check. And it’s been a year and half no update for the case… this the message Our system shows that USCIS has reviewed your Service Request. According to USCIS records, we are unable to move forward with your application until the required background checks have been completed. At this time, we are unable to determine when the adjudication of your case will be completed and no further action is required from you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays in processing.

Am in the same boat, I did my citizenship interview but officer give me decision cannot be made yet, I did an inquire and i got a response on my email from my field office saying they cannot move forward on my application until the required background check is completed.
