my pd its july 2022 and im waiting on my i485 approval i didn't submit my medical yet because my lawyer told me to wait but im checking on my uscis application and says stage 4 decision and also is actively review any idea when they will ask for medical and how long more to wait to get a decision thank you guys #i485

not true.
we sent our medical with the package originally 10/22/22 and we were asked for it again a month ago and new biometrics 10 days ago still crickets on I-485 đ

no approval without medical. you will get an RFE. waisting time . I sent everything together at once

I sent everything together in 2022 but it didnât help. I was told that they might ask me to resubmit, however I should do so before they ask me. I am very confused about whatâs happening!

@Mimi A @Mmmm gggg @bean town guys in 2022 if you submit your medicals had an expiration date so even if i would had submitted medical back them i still have to resubmit

my attorney did same mistake , did not submit medical and any proof like join bank statement , utility bills . my PD also July 2022. both i485 and i130 pending . location is Brooklyn Fields office.

Search for the correct address on where to send it so u wonât have an RFE. and they can process your case faster. u can also talk to a live agent in USCIS. my husband also hired an immigration lawyer but I didnât just follow her instructions because I know she wanted to hold my case for a long time. she didnât help me during my interview and all the other paperwork . never responded to my husbandâs inquiries. so sad! what I did was watched a lot of YouTube videos about my case. and it helped đ
