Can anyone please tell me that,when USCIS approve my petition? My PD is 20 October 2022. How much time it take to approve? Right now which PD is getting approved.If anyone know please tell💞

What are you requesting from USCIS? What form? We can help you with your case. We are immigration consultants. We have received 7 approvals this December and our cases have taken less than 3 and a half months.

@Himash pal , right now we seem to be seeing approvals mainly for Jan, Feb & March 2022. If your PD is October 2022, there is still some waiting to do and at the rate at which the VB is moving, I doubt USCIS will be able to cover 12 months this fiscal year
