Can someone help?? Form I824…
Hello friends, I recently received my green card thanks to a Vawa case. Three weeks ago I submitted the I824 form to approve the green card for my children who live in DR. Today I received the package that I sent with a letter rejecting the I824 form because I did not send the $590 payment. However, the page says that if the case is related to a Vawa case, then the fee are waived.
Who can help me??? Thanks! A hug!

Did you send copies of the approved vawa with your children listed on it as derivative beneficiaries?

@David Son of God . There’s a fee waiver form that you have to send in with your application love. Think it’s form i912 also send copies of your approval forms . I hope this helps. All the best

@docto I don’t have to pay because is based or derívate from a I360 case, I consulted with a lawyer and he told me I’m right, so I send it again with an explanation letter. I’m waiting for the receipt since Jan 30.

I paid the fee $590. my fees at I-360, work permit and travel permit were waived, but not the I-824. good luck 🙏

I paid 590 to my lawyer I'm getting really worried, stressed and confused I filed in January 2023 after vawa approval but my i824 so far is taking 2.2 years
