Can't log into NVC
Hi guys! I finally got my case number from NVC, but I can't log into the system . It says my invoice number and case number don't match to each other! Has anybody come through a such problem ?

if you have an account with another case you probably have to make a new one with this case. that happened to me I have my old account and had to create a new for my new case

this is NVC, so if you can’t log in with the case number they give you, contact them, at the nvcask page, they will respond within 1-2 business day!

@shanikay p @Yaniris Corona create a new account ? How is that? I can log into mine but I can't log into my children's. How do you create a new account ? Mustn't we use the case number by all means?
