Hi! I submitted my asylum documentation in 2020, I have not had my first hearing, I have no judge, no deportation, absolutely nothing. I made a motion in 2022 but I never got a response. My lawyer says it's because I don't have a date or an assigned judge. I got married in 2021, I already have my I130 approval but my I485 was administratively closed, I still don't have anything about my I765, it just says that it is being actively reviewed. If anyone went through or is going through something similar, it is possible that you could advise me or guide me on the right path I should follow, I will be reading all the messages, it would be a great help. Thank you 🙏🏻

file a I765 (C08 category) based on pending asylum —since your asylum case is yet to be terminated. after that, talk to an attorney to terminate your asylum explaining the circumstances around you not having a court date and judge
