case inquiry
I did my interview more than a year ago, they requested additional rfe after the interview and it’s now been a year since I responded. I got a actively reviewing right after and I haven’t received a single update for a year. I sent in a inquiry and this was their response.

USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We assure you that we are working to complete adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you have not received notice of further action within 120 days of this response, please feel free to submit a new request to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance.
can someone tell me what’s going on? why do I have to wait a year for a response or a decision on my case? This is crazy!!
Also I sent in every single document they requested from the rfe .

that a generated message. my interview was almost 3 years ago and i sent an inquiry twice and got the same message. My husband sent one almost a month ago and they havent replied i am hoping it wont be a generated message again

🤣🤣 They always send emails like this to everyone, 120 days later, it will take another 90 days, 90 days later, it will take even longer, until finally there will be no choice for mandamus,which is what I did now.
