What was your earlier status? Medical and J Supplement is done?

medical submitted in April after RFE. it was Response received for RFE

seems like a lot of the ported applications are going into CRP.

EB1B CN, was in same status and just changed to CRP 4 days ago

@N B how do I skip and talk to an agent. tried few times it's difficult to bypass the ivr. wondering if any trick.

@K E October 2022. I'm going to contact to make sure it didn't get messed up. I was originally NIW and switched to EB1-b

I spoke to someone on Emma and was told my case was transferred to another office and updated to regressed visa number. At the same time they told me that my priority date is still current.

@K E were you able to learn anything? I just heard it was transferred to a field office but no explanation on the visa not available part

@Alex Joachim seems like the EB2 ported date is not considered. i485 received to date is attached to my case as a priority date. I asked them to open a support ticket to fix it. it takes 30 days it seems.@N B thanks for your help. it really helped to get an agent directly.

Yesterday my case turned to CRP after RFE(Medical and employer related) was responded in May. My PD is current(india). What can i expect , is it a good sign ?
