I thought vawa never needed interviews? this is all new to me, why do you need a interview and they don’t have nothing to compare it to, if your spouse does not know about it.

in my case she asked questions on VAWA i485 and previous i130 too and it’s been 60 days no update yet.

@F A your I 130 might be different from mine. so study your 130 application if you have an interview coming

@HALLELUJAH GLory is mine, they do interview in some Cases. Me and My Daughter did interview June 2023 and got approved June 2024. So its depends on Your Case Type.

@Sam Gem I saw your timeline it took 1 yr to get approved after interview what is the RFE about b4 approval and what’s your FO?

@Mr Mak, Yes I hired a Lawyer and He went together with Me at the interview, Houston, TX, Field office

@Mr Mak, first RFE was for Birth Certificate Before Interview, and second was for I-864W for waiver,in May 2024. And I got approved June 2024. Houston, TX, Field office

@tired from waitingg I did it myself. No lawyer, I followed the link they shared on this platform and watched couple videos on YouTube. it was for both 360 and 485. you don't file separately.
