Same boat and the same field office. My case it's been pending since April 2022 and my I-130 was approved 2 years ago. I've reached Ombudsman, Congressman and nothing. I had RFE for My medical exams in August and I send then right away. My status says: RFE received in August 14th. I'm desperate. I did inquiries and they just sent me a letter saying that they are experiencing a high volume of applications and if they don't answer in 90 days, to call them back.😡😡

@Lisa Modhwadia I also raised 3 congressman inquiries, tier 2 and Ombudsman but they gave same response that Actively reviewing. Even they didn't send me RFE for medical and in 2 months my medical will be expired

@thakur ash If I had the money, believe me, long time ago I would sue. I heard an attorney in Florida she offers to sue and make USCIS pay filing fees. The problem with this attorney is that you have to pay $200.00 consultation and is not guarantee that if You don't hire her that she will return the money.

@Lisa Modhwadia can you please give me that lawyer details?

@thakur ash Immigration Attorney Sam 954-589-1180 I don't know exactly how she work about makingv USCIS pay the filing fees and if you have to pay and then wait till USCIS payback, you would need to ask on consultation.Jim Hacking Law ( He did not offered make USCIS pay for filing fees but he is experienced in Writ of Mandamus)

@thakur ash we've been waiting since August 2021. we sent my medicals with the initial filing and now they have expired because USCIS let my case sitting in NBC for a year and then in Chicago for for 9 months. Chicago is not even our FO. our case is now at our local FO we have been told we are having an interview , but we have no interview notice and no RFE for the expired medical. they have wasted time and now we have to spend more money on a new medical. I'm so sick of this shit

@thakur ash same situation here! I live in New Jersey and my case supposed to be processed at Newark FO.For some reason, my case was sent to Cincinnati FO and it's been sitting there for 19 months.
