does Emma lie?
I've talked to Emma. she said:
USCIS mailed a document to you at the address we had on file at that time, but the post office returned it to us. We will check to see if you submitted a change of address while it was out for delivery and mail it again if we have one. If you move, please provide us with an updated address. Please submit an e-request to submit change of address and request document to be mailed again. You may also contact our USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767 1833 (TDD for the hearing impaired) to have the document mailed to you again.
but I don't see anything on my USCIS profile. there are no message about any letters they might send.

@D D I would not trust Emma. I have asked many questions and get different answers from Emma and live agents. I would ask to be connected to a live agent or call. Feom what I have learned, anything mailed to you should show up on your online account. Please post what happens. I am curious. 🧐

@Kingsley B i could check my 485 only. there were no documents emailed to me. however thet said my case is in Philadelphia. I don't know why, as I send them to Texas. Will check 130 later today. couldn't check as Emma keeps saying: trouble to connect to live agent.
