I'm still waiting for my EAD almost 10 months now. Received Prima and AP already tho. Just gotta be patient with vawa.

@j m nope it's adjustment I filled everything I360,I765,I131&I485 as a spouse of USC. Two ladies got theirs at 11 months and another at 1 year and some at 8 and 9. So I'm on my 9th months now. It might say 7.5 on USCIS for EAD but u can wait up till a year. Some people get lucky. Some get a year some take longer.

@ you have to check it better on your receipt… if your ap got approved, your I-765 should of gotten approved aswell… check your receipt

@j m apparently some EAD and some AP comes separate. My AP was Nebraska and my EAD is Vermont. So I got my AP 2 months back. Alot of people has gotten it separate. God knows why😢

@ honestly that makes no sense, all my friend that have applied through this category had gotten their combo card approved at the same time. every case I have seen of people getting their ap approved first is cus they messed or their lawyer on the I-765. in my case my ap and ead got transferred to Vermont.

@ when you submitted I-765 what month?
