yes. It was transferred to NBC and from there came the approval

in fact when I sent his I140, it was sent without evidence. For RFE, we supplied all the evidence (related to mechanical engineering) and it was approved 20 days after the rfe was received

that’s amazing! my i140 was approved in may! I sent my i485, i765 and i131 in sep 13! they sent RFE, medical exams and birth certificate.. they received in dec 9! I’m waiting 🙏🏻
