@Nick J Check with your lawyer, they should get an email or text message with receipt numbers, when uscis received the package.

ahh!! you did concurrent filing then. I applied for my 485 after my I-140 was approved, plus Texas service center, it’s a shit show down there.

November 2024 biometrics and got combo card mid December 2024.

As per my experience you will get it in 30 days.. thats what it happend with my case. However, do not keep any expectation of your 485 this yeareven though your PD is 2019… all visa almost exhausted

I think NBC has faster service time compared to Texas service center as they mainly only process employment based stuff v/s Texas service center where they process everything. if your receipt number starts with MSC which stands for Missouri service center, it means it’s at the NBC. Mine is also there. so hoping it’s a good thing. My documents were received in on feb 7’th, so our timelines are going to be very similar. EB-1A.

depending on the application basis I-485 will be processed at one office or the other. for employment based it is only NBC.

@Harish Goli NBC is faster. Mine too went to NBC.. But it took 8 months for approval even though it was current…. When your case gets transferred to FO, thats an indication that your case is about to be approved. Mine got transferred in July 24 and case got approved in August 24

@Harish Goli EMMA is the only source. But its your luck if you get good agent. 1 out of 10 agents may give you detailed information and rest all will give you discouraging or incomplete info. So, keep asking
