that is concerning which kind of justifies the fact that the priority dates didn’t move much…

@Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’ what’s your view on this update by live agent . PD Nov 2023.At this time the case is processing and moving forward as it should. Nothing is needed or outstanding from you at this time. The case is going through necessary processing checks that must be complete before a decision can be made on your case. You can get a estimate on how long your case will take to process on the website https://egov.uscis.gov/processing=
times. There have been no updates on your case since back in November 2023.

@Andy C
I received a response similar to yours. The actual average time for 80% of the cases to be reviewed is about 13 months. As my lawyer mentioned, “Actively being reviewed” just means that your file is sitting on someone’s desk or in their computer.
Furthermore, they are currently focusing on recent cases, plus priority or straightforward ones. My last update was on December 23rd, stating that my case is “actively being reviewed,” but since then, it has just been sitting on the waiting list.
For now, I'm simply praying for a faster and positive outcome, as there isn’t much anyone can do in the meantime. By the way, I also called and received a similar response, so essentially, it feels like nothing has changed. Until we see an update in status, it seems no one has looked at our files. My lawyer explained, “It takes them minutes to a couple of days to adjudicate cases, and maybe longer if there’s misinformation.”
Agents just read what they have on the screen with more or less words, the only ones that have an answer is the officers behind our cases, so at the end of the day, we only have to wait.

@iordanis kesisog
totally agree that is concerning but not unexpected. Remember the bulletin a couple months ago stating that they’ll focus on PP, and cases ready for AOS.
