you can do infoPass and get approved the same day you have your appointment as long as you have proof of an emergency and need to leave the Us asap

for emergency advance parole, if you meet 1 of the conditions listed then talk to Emma and ask for a live agent who will ask for your details and reason for your emergency request. the agent will then send the request to the uscis field office handling your case and give you a service number … they will reach out within m 2 weeks to either deny or ask for evidence to support your claim .

@R South, you sure the approval happens the same day the request is submitted. first time I am hearing, so confirming

infopass is like a walk in appointment so if you can secure 1 of those then it should be possible… my whole process took about 3 weeks from when I requested the EAP till when I got the standalone approval letter so no harm in trying both

i don’t know if you can get info pass appointment through Emma, I have only heard people making calls to get the appointment and my process was via Emma chat and emails only

thanks all. I requested for appt by calling 1 800 number and asked for infopass then received call within 72hrs for appt at Service Center two weeks later. My request was denied due to insufficient info in support of my case. Thanks y’all.
