F2 visa and AOS EAD
Can someone with an F2 visa holder work without creating issues for the F1 visa holder using an AOS EAD if their I-140 has been approved, the I-485 submitted, biometrics completed, and the EAD card already issued? #AOSEAD #F1 #F2 #EAD #EB2NIW #NIW #I765 #I485
