filling for a child over 21
I need experiences from people who have experience pls. A father filling for his daughter who is is here on B1/b2, father is citizen, can he file for child while she is now here, can this child file for work permit while her case is pending?

Yeah but you should observe the 60 days rule so that they will not classify your child as being misrepresented with the B1/b2 visa.
