First you have to do the NVC process and after being documentarily qualified by nvc you wait for the interview letter which depending on the country could be 2 or 3 months or even 11 or 12 months

Did you filed a K3 as well? or it was only the I-130????

I filed b4 you and you got approved b4 me, that's crazy. PD 10/8/23 plus I filed K3 and it's the same service center too. smh 🤔

Well, I’m from Colombia and I’m the beneficiary. My husband submitted the I-130 in October 2023, he then did the K-3 visa in January 2024. My I-130 was approved Sep 24 2024, and K-3 Visa was denied two days after that. Two days later we payed for the NVC fees ( affidavit of support and beneficiary civil document fees ) We submitted the affidavit of support and my civil documents to NVC the 4th of October 2024 and we are now waiting for the approval in order to get interview date In Bogota, Colombia. @Luck is on My side. @Liset Alvarez @Ivy VN @henny henny @Theo Brian @K T

Colombia is a fast embassy! within the next 4 months you should have your interview. i am from the Dominican Republic and have been dq for 7 months now 😪
