they told me that since I put a service request 20 days ago I should have an approval this week or the next week if not called them back

ooh I did that and they responded the next day saying I have to write ✍️ a ✉️ letter to uscis vermont service center to get any information on my case

Seriously, I do not know what is worse: the robot or the people you get on the phone after I don’t know how many attempts. Thank you so much by the way for the words: « info pass ». I am grateful to you for this because it enabled me to avoid this robot. Hope they won’t give them more power than they already have, these robots are so so annoying. But the person you get after all this struggle actually does not know nothing at all and reads you a text stupidly exactly like a robot. Those people do not seem to be trained at all, it is crazy. They tell you to go to their website but if I call it means that I did not find the answer of my question on the website! I do not even know why these people are hired? What is the use to hire people who do not know nothing. What a waste of time and of money! The problem is that this is not limited to Uscis but to every company, service you call. They employ people they do not train or very little and the result is catastrophic. Incompetent people everywhere. They do it in purpose so that people will get discouraged. Thanks God there are forums and communities. Without this, I won’t know what to do. This is terrible! I told the woman of the Uscis what to do because I read it on forums and sue just hesitantly confirmed it to me! This is really disgusting. Me too I wish I would be paid to say to people that I know nothing and therefore I do nothing all day!!! The heck is that! Somebody has to do something. One day soon, nobody is going to call them anymore. They will be out of business for good, even Uscis, as strangely as it sounds. It will happen and then it will be the other way around, they will look for people to call them! Shame on them and on these incompetent people who make you waste your time and wreck your nerves!
