how long yours took? and what kind of vawa was it?

I file my Vawa September 2020 and my i360 was approved a month ago and just 10 days ago I got the RFE for birth certificate

is it your vawa emotional or physical. which state are you located? Maybe the information is for GC. Did you submit the full packet??

the same thing with me. (i485) I’ve sent my birthday certificate to them and my case was updated that my BC as been received.. it’s 16days now and I’m yet to to get any response or update from Uscis

Because a age declaration and a birth certificate are 2 different documents. I guess given the timeline your case took to her approved they feel you should at least have your copy by now. I guess you just have to inform them you don’t if that’s the case or just send it if you do

I submitted my birth certificate last week and I got an email from uscis that they have received it and it was updated. how long does it usually take to hear from them after they have confirmed receipt of my RFE??
