@Harry singh what is your question? you mean is all this good. yes it good. now you need to wait 32.5 months according to us is. but this is not always thru it can be 6 months,,,, I saw Poeple got approved and they apply on 2022

I received their letter in September 2022 which say we taken finger print on 1360 and 1485

mine was April, 2022 no RFE no work permit only PF got it August, 2022

I don’t think they are working on 2022 case?

I’m thankful that i got ead so I can work and my fingers were taken which is also good but time line of VAWA is about 32 months from apply month so it’s ok just pray for everyone and wait

when you travel with your parol , Does it slow up the processing?

well my finger prints were taken in july 2022 for I 360 and I 485 I got my work permit but still waiting for decision probably they take little time to approve your application

@jay dasuza I got a question for you. when you applied for Vawa, for work permit, did you submit only c9 category or both c9 and 31?

@jay dasuza I mean did you submit I765 c9 form too? usually work permit for Vawa applicants is c31. I want to know how you get c9
