they can only do live chat if the USCIS office opens. if i’m not mistaken it is should be Eastern time. they also won’t have it if it’s Saturday, Sunday federal, public holiday

i kept typing live chat to agent. the last link provided at the end of the list after several tries is Connect Live Chat. click on that and it will lead you to the live chat. when it asked what you wanted to talk about i type expedite request, else it didn’t work for me. most people would agree calling is much better.

I requested to expedite on July 6 as I had a job offer. Nothing since then.

It's best to call USCIS if you are here in the US, say infopass and you'll wait atleast 20-30 minutes before a live agent comes on the phone.

hey, I did. they emailed me for evidence on July 22, faxed evidence on the same date. on july 25 i got the approval. waiting for the card to be mailed to me.

im trying to expedite too through emma. but it keeps on saying to try again later during the business hours. pfft. it’s so frustrating

i would say try calling them. i didn’t have much luck with emma. i was able to get in queue only once. i also posted a post detailing the timeline and process. hope that could help. good luck! i hope you will get good news soon.
