Vermont waiting time is about 3 years it's the slowest one with petition. any kind of petition

my case is at Vermont as well, I sent the application on Feb 2024 and I am still waiting, I haven’t received any email or mail from them, i am so tired but on the Processing times it says that maybe takes 16 months
