@king Scorpio I had my interview at Atlanta field office as well in June 2023 and ever since then got an rfe last year in June and an active review notification on Nov 26 2024 and has been radio silence.

it’s been 91 days from interview for us , i130 was approved 1 day after interview but waiting oni485. did they ask you the or anything ? it’s SILENCE for us

@dekar brown they ask for me newborn birth certicate u got a response that they received it 2 days ago I wish they had just made a decision since they received because they must have reviewed it in order to send me a msg stated that no additional information is needed it’s just frustrating

@Abby Lesly , I think it’s really like an automated message unfortunately .. I had interview April 2024, officer told us we will be getting a NOID but not to panic it’s just how it goes when they need you to submit more evidence .. send missing tax transcript and bank statement in June 2024, they recieved it like couple days and I have not heard back from them since, status for I-130 stuck on Response to Notice of Intent to Deny received. I-485 still on Case actively reviewing since April 2024 day of the interview
