my status changed yesterday to card being produced, it took 2 weeks in addition to other 10 days after they received the response to update the status to rfe response received

From the data I have seen, for most cases it takes under 30 days to get the GC approved after the receipt notice for the medicals when the RFE comes from the Field Office like in your case. I think you are very close. I have also analyzed a data set of over 800 approved cases were medicals were requested and in very few cases, very few there was an interview scheduled. My bet would be you are getting your Green Card probably the first week of December without an interview

I submitted mine in FO directly on Sep 24. No status update either online or when called them. One strange thing is that there is no update even for RFE has been issued. When called, they indicated that FO might have issued RFE and once they update on the mesicals, NBC will pick up from there. But agents have no clue on what’s happening at the FO. Let’s see.

I received a Medical RFE and need to send a response to Los Angeles FO. My Status got changed on November 2, 2021 " Request for Evidence was received" - since then no updates. I do have international travel booked on November 27, 2021. Any possibility that I will receive my GC before that? based on the data points.

FYI - I do have valid EAD / AP as an back up for my International Travel.

@A X for me it took exactly 14 days since the status changed to request for evidence was received, so hopefully it works for you as well!

Sherry Isaac - your case got approved before Sep 30, 2021 or After?? also my PD is Sep 28, 2011 - though mine is downport case from EB2-->EB3; both EB2 and EB3 dates are current for me.

Today is 14th day since my previous status got changed - what's the time frame during the day the status normally gets updated??

January 13, 2022 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received. Still no change in status. I am in between jobs and I'm afraid this will affect my decision and prospects. Hi I sent in my application in September, did my biometrics in January, in March I received a medical rfe requesting i693 and pictures of myself and husband and letters from friends and family, request was sent 2 days later i130 was approved (I did no interview) is that a thing? But since rfe was received on the 24 March I have had no response, what does this mean?

Hi i my lawyer filed i 130 march 2021 , i485 filed September 2022, march 2023 RFE for medical was sent stated it has to be recieved before decision can be made. I was given 60days to respond. I am just waiting to take the 2nd dose of my covid vercine so my lawyer can respond to the RFE. please does this mean there wont be an interview What those this letter mean whats the approval process Thank you do much. Folks - those who received decision after sending RFES--> can you update what was your maximum waiting time after USCIS case status changed to - "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"? I am waiting for mine since 21 days and my priority date is current.
