hopefully they received my medical from July and still nothing so

its been 4 months now since i sent mine

mine is 130 days since the received and no this silence! I don’t think they take 60 or 90 days I see people saying that they are waiting for 8 month and USCIS doesn’t respond

@Baby Love I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS but it's been 1 week and still nothing. I had no hope of being approved soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams Do you think you could have my approval before the end of the year

I think if they requested your medical for the second time, your case is being looked at so you might hear from them soon. We still have a week and a half to go in this month so you never know.

@U r e na Ure na I recon that it’s been 2 plus years we have been waiting that’s the reason why I made that statement. Everyone else seems to be getting approve within months.

@U r e na Ure na since I joined the app it’s only a handful of us been waiting for over two years. I am a 2022 filer also. No movement.

@Baby Love I understand what you mean now and if a part of those who filer on 2022 we are stuck there but hopefully we will soon be able to have our approval
