when did you send in your application?

mine took about 3 weeks

Sent it in earlier this week. Tee A did your receipt notice take 3 weeks to arrive in the mail? How long did it take to receive the text notification (assuming you filed G1145?)?

Mine was sent on February 21st and delivered on February 22nd, but not notice until now, I even contact USCIS through ASK emma, and nothing, just standard notice to wait 30 days.

Ours took 3 days after UPS showed it had been delivered (Delivered March 7, texts received with case number March 10, still waiting on physical mail copies). Dallas Lockbox.

@M T Yes, the status changed to “biometric appointment scheduled” on March 17 (10 days after received by USCIS). we are scheduled for April 6th.

@C Lynn thanks for sharing! I’m trying to figure out why USCIS processes some cases more quickly. Can you share some extra info? My file (I-485, 131, 765) was received by USCIS on March 7, but I didn’t get a text till March 20th. Also Dallas lockbox through USPS. My I-140 was approved (non-concurrent filing). Biometric appointment not yet available.

@M T I’m not sure why they are so inconsistent. They were with our previous filing as well. Ours went to Dallas lockbox via UPS. My husband came on a K-1 visa so we are adjusting from that (family based).

@C Lynn thanks. I just got my physical receipts for I-485, 131, 765 in the mail on March 24 (17 days after delivery by USPS). still no biometric appointment though.
