How long for I-485 in Nebraska?
Does anyone has an idea which month they are currently processing in Nebraska for I-485? I had a clear picture for I-140, but I have no idea what’s going on with I-485s. Also I heard many cases were transferred to NBC. I would be happy with that, but so far no updates.
Bio done in Aug 2021, Medicals submitted with the application.

it seems they are processing all over from Jan 2021 to Sep 2021. Jan may have much more approval rate than September. Currently, m expecting most number of approval in late June-Aug category where approval rates are in single digits and maybe in next 45 days they will rise from 5 to 20.

@Seattle, thanks for the info. The issues is that my receipt number starts with MSC (since originally I-485 went to NBC), so the insights from hilities website might be inaccurate.

Mine is a sept 2021 i485 submission and my eb2 niw was approved in sept 2021. currently waiting. to hear something on i485 from Nebraska. have combo since Feb

@S B, did you apply non-concurrently? I thought in this case your I-485 should go to NBC, not nebraska

classed as concurrent. There was a one week gap between me submitting the i485 and receiving the approval so it got transferred from nbc to Nebraska. I asked uscis last week where it was at and they confirmed still at Nebraska

@SB & Mikhail -How long it took to get the EAD after biometric? My case is pretty similar. Submitted I-485 (NBC) after 2 weeks of I-140 (NSC) on November 2021. I-485 transferred to Nebraska. Biometric done on February and now waiting for EAD. Thanks!

@SB -Thanks! our visa status will expire on End of May and we badly need EAD before that otherwise we will lose our job.

@S C, look at my tumeline. Ead/Ap submitted June 29. Bio taken Aug 11. Ead/Ap approved Jan 10, 2022. So, ~ 45 days from submission until Bio, and ~150 days from Bio until approval in my case.

@Eicll, my case was originally sent to NBC, and theb transferred to Nebraska. I have an NBC number MSC219157****

Mine is also an MSC case (derivative of my wife’s EB1C). It originally went to NBC but later on moved to Nebraska. I filed my I-485 10 months after my wife filed her’s. The reason I think it went to Nebraska is because I also had my company file my I-140 which was at Nebraska so USCIS tried to merge the cases and sent this oke to Nebraska too. How do I move it out from there?
