my timeline is 250 days... and my case still considerations

It can vary considerably......My EB1B has been in progress for about 180 days now. And there is no end in sight until they are ready! In fact, as the time of filing, the processing time was 4.5 months. Now, it is 8 months. So, anything can happen.

I just wanted to get a perspective of current wait times for the EB1A category, I already have an approved EB2 NIW and wanted to use the EB1A as to file adjustment since I'm in the United States on Non-immigrant status but EB2 NIW not current so can't file adjustment. So, with a wait time of say 3-6 months for EB1 A, I can be on adjustment by the time and be able to interfile later
