How long should I wait for the Green Card?
Every day, I logged in to the USCIS website, and nothing changed. From December 14th, 2022. My case is still the same message.
Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent.
Last year, June, my progress was estimated time until the case decision 1 week. After 1 week later it's shown me that "Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action."
So, I wrote a letter to Senator John Cornyn, and he said that he couldn't help me. I have to wait until May 2025. I don't know how long should I wait for green card.

contact your congressman and governor. they will send a letter to the immigration to speed up your process. go online and send them an email. my husband also went to the White House website and did the same thing. I hope that helps. good luck and God bless. 🙏🏼
