How quickly do you get medical RFE or interview notice after biometrics/EAD?
Hi there,
wondering if others could share how quickly they heard about their interview being scheduled or waived after receiving their biometrics and EAD?
October 2020 filer for EB3. Did biometrics on March 4 and received EAD/AP card yesterday after expediting through congressperson.

two months after biometrics for me in Orlando. marriage USC. I know is no the same case like you but maybe it’s helpful

I called my congresspersons office to ask for help expediting the EAD and they were able to assist. I sent some basic proof of financial loss and they passed on to USCIS.

All most two weeks ago I respond to the RFE (i693) and there is no update yet, but most of the comments said 2 months!
