It took me two months

my i130 was approved on Sept 2020. i485 still awaiting schedule and still no ead

Married to a US Citizen PD: October 2019 Had our interview on 10-26-20 1-130 was approved 11-27-20 Still waiting on a decision for my I-485. They have 120 days to make a decision after the interview.

my interview was 12/29, 130 approved on 1/7 no update on 485. still saying that interview was scheduled, marriage based

My USPS Informed Delivery show that something will arrive tomorrow, coming from USCIS Kentucky... I got hopeful for a second, it is just my EAD extension. 😂 2 months of request and it is in the mail. Prayers for y'all

My I485 status was updated on Jan 22. However, not to so expected "Approved". I haven't received the letter yet but by the case status description is either RFE or NOA. In case is a RFE... Any ideas? I submitted all needed documents, clean background... I am kind of freaking out here LOL

@Favour It was a intent of deny and I got an attorney to file a rebuttal in like 10 days. My attorney has been emailing the I-485 Supervisor weekly and so far nothing.

@bons c. The reason for them was that "I miss represented myself at port of entry as an F-1 student"... Which is totally bs! I had my F-1 status for over 3 years, it was my summer vacation.. My last entry was on July 30, my then boyfriend and I were already living together for months prior to marrying. I even had my I-20 stamped by my college ISS allowing my trip overseas! Immigration just ignored my previous F-1 records, just sounded like "you entered in the US for the first time every as F1 and magically found the love of your life and failed to attend classes. If you told was that your intent was to marry, we would deny your entry as F1". I completed all my classes prior to Fall semester. The reason I dropped out was: 1. I got an emergency thrombosis coming back (long flight I guess) 2. When I got sent home from hospital, my then bf had a beautiful home reception and the following day we got married, it was not planned. 3. less than a month married, my spouse became severely ill and hospitalized in consequence of his service related Brain Injury. And, yes, they know my husband is a combat disabled veteran (purple heart) Of course I dropped out and laid all my college savings to recover my man. Made zero sense to attend classes while my man get the worse (inexistent) care by VA. Like, you're welcome, government, he would be just one more homeless veteran by your negligence. I, am outsider, did your job out of love, he is fine now. NOOOO, we gonna deport you 🤣

Well, 5 months after I sent the rebuttal finally a response. "New Card Is Being Produced" 🙏

Replied in less than 10 days from NOID. On January 30, 2021, I sent the rebuttal. I even submitted an congressional inquiry back in March... Just heard the good news now 🙏

I don’t have a good attorney to discuss my case , apparently you had been pass through all process done so congratulations!! I still have been in trouble like you were so that’s why I thought maybe you can help me out ! I applied adjustment status 2018 . I had fire interview 12/21 so I got approved for I 130 form and then they send me to notice letter it says I have to go court because I am in the removal process ( I had immigration court ) yesterday they gave second interview for my I 485 I really confused what i will need to do ??

Mustafa. seems like your case bit complicated. it’s better to consult lawyer.
