embassy/consulate only expedite life or death matters (petitioner or applicant) with the proper documentation from Dr and they also cross verify it with the Dr after that they accept expedite otherwise decline

i have many Dr's friends too but don't tried that because if they doubt they can go through that process with there own Dr and if it's prove you try to do fake expedite then you can understand very well what can happen 😝

you have to submit 3 types of marriage certificate maybe you missed one of them that's why they asked for it again

no ..... I-129F is something different it's non immigration visa she will file I-129F under K-3 catagory

ask her to contact immigration lawyer for I-129F and you can also search about I-129F

from last 2 years Islamabad not conducting F2A interviews so she have to wait at least 24 to 30 months after I-130 approvel for her interview

maybe they are CR-1 but it's not F2A/F21 because I check from official website of Islamabad visa issuing
