I-130 Potomac service center
I just fined out The USCIS Potomac Service Center currently has jurisdiction over this case. Therefore, we have forwarded your inquiry to that office for review and a direct response to you.
what is that mean anyone with the same issue?

i was told by a uscis agent that all i-130s are processed by potomac.

jurisdiction just means that potomac service center has “control” or “authority” to process your i-130. are you filing family based?

@Re Weir filing for my wife my case was transferred in my July too Potomac service center the Congressmen just send me a email saying Potomac service center has jurisdiction over this case i think they making decisions in case I call USCIS she told me case was send to for decision but not is change in USCIS website.

yes, if i understood the uscis agent correctly, all i-130s go to
potomac, so potomac always had jurisdiction over your case, so it is nothing to worry about! did you and your wife do biometrics yet?

oh I see! so once its done with USCIS, it goes to consular processing, correct?? best of luck!! but do not worry about the jurisdiction piece, hopefully they will make a decision asap!

@skylae Morri he is Ron wright and yes kind off I mean they will fined out what is going whit your case they can’t help you with processing.
