USCIS web site is not able to give any estimates, it says Sorry something went wrong. I assume this app is pullimg data from USCIS and if data is not available it automatically sets it to something like PD+1 year

uscis site is up now and processing Sep 17, 2020 case. mine pd is Sep 21, 2020. still, this app is showing after Sep16, 21 as my case prediction date. not sure if it correct

Do not worry about this app prediction. this app doesn't pick the data from USCIS but based on the people input to this app. My PD is 7th Dec 2020 and it's shows my case might be reviewed after Dec 2nd 2021. As per USCIS case processing should be done between 5-7 months so I doubt this app prediction is correct.

considering you are so close to receipt enquiry date, did you check with your org if there is any progress as I'm sure they USCIS agents wouldn't give any update.

I inquired with my org. They have not received any update from USCIS. Infact, my company suggested me to wait for another few months as it takes 10-12 months for decision

I just saw USCIS website is processing I 140- EB1 category for Nov 2016 date. Till yesterday it was processing case of Oct 2020 and now back to 2016 date. Is there a problem in the website?
