you can expect decision for i140 about 400 days, but you can go for premium process and wait about 10 days

Wow, that's quite long. I read some cases are getting decision in about 90days without premium processing. That's why I'm confused. Anyways, thanks.

it takes about 22 month to process Eb1-1 in regular processing now I wait 490 already , no any movement

@lolo you can only self petition in eb2-niw, which means you should have exceptional ability in art or science or scientific degree. as long as meet at least 3 from 10 very strict criterias

other eb2 are not available for self petition. you should have employer who will petition for you

I self petitioned EB1-A in April 2022 premium processing. Took me 5 days to get approved.

@lolo thanks. I did have an employer as I was on my undergraduate stem opt but I wanted to self petition to not attach any employer. lmk if I can help answer any more questions!

@Eb 1, thanks for replying. can you share what your undergrad was in and want documentation did you provide with your petition.

@lolo my undergrad was in computer science. my petition was about 1000 pages long, i added some research papers I had written, some patents, judging(peer reviews), media work etc. i had worked on this for the first year after graduating and then compiled all the evidence and then added why those journals or universities etc were valuable. did it without a lawyer but highly recommended one.
