Thanks, Guys! i-140 got approved yesterday. Any idea how do I expedite EAD/AP processing? I have very less time till my visa maxes out.

Have you tried calling USCIS? you could talk to a live agent and ask them to put in an expedite request under ‘financial’ or ‘humanitarian’ grounds.. whichever you are able to provide documentation for. Also consider asking your congressman or senator to take up your case with USCIS

you could provide evidence of rent/mortgage payments, car payments, loss of insurance coverage (if employer provided), loss of driving license (if that applies to your state) and any other critical financial commitments
