@Nop nig Be glad Atleast they requested your medical. I was approved dec 13 2022 and it changed to fingerprint but no medical requested till now. 🤷🏽‍♂️ And when they request your medical did it appear on your case tracker for request for evidence?

@Kenny Kenny They will send your medical soon. You know my timeline already. My status did not change when they sent the RFE though. Still shows fingerprints was updated.

I sent mine on April 17th and they received on 19th, since then no status change. I’ve seen on average it takes 15-30 days for 80% of the cases, depending on the field office. Insha Allah ours will be coming soon

sent my medical i693 last tues this week bec i already received an rfe letter and anyways i am under eb3-1 but mine was not updated by a lawyer took longer for me to respond immediately. ive only noticed my rfe letter after two weeks when i removed those magazines and mails in my mailbox, im worried that if my case will not be approved at the end of april 2023 then i will reach this retrogression and i dont know how long it will take before it become current again. Anyone here the same case as mine.

@Lana p Damn dats scary. Since January? Meanwhile a friend of mines lawyer submitted her medical by hand to New York field office last Thursday and this week monday, her i-485 card was being produced.

@Noping . the letter says do not mail medical before they request for it. So we were waiting for their response 7 months. Even yesterday I called to uscis to check what is going on, they told to wait, they can not track the case. So I am just waiting😏May be your friend has another category of case, so it would be completely different story

@Lana p Oh for me, they requested i send it to them. My friend is also a VAWA applicant. I just feel mayne if a lawyer submits the requested medical by hand it would be faster judging from my friends case. Anyway, thats out of my control now. I uave submitted mine and its fingers crossed now.

yes I married a GC holder. 🙂they sent me the deficiency notice in March and after March the visa regression started . I wish my lawyer asked me the medical at the time of filing. I missed the big opportunity because of the medical

My case was reopened on march 20, they ask for medical ref because my first medical exame was already expire, I sent the new one on August 21 and it was delivered on the next day, after 1 week I still have no updates, does anyone knows how long usually takes to be approved after send the medical ref?

Took a month for the approval or just fir they acknowledge the REF? I sent to the new NJ field office at Cranbury.
