I 485 pending 2 years
Hi, Has anyone have/had I-485 pending for 2 years? The average waiting time where my office is located according to the website is 13.5 month. Although I am submitting e-request but uscis is not responding. ( my priority date July 2022).

Yes, mine is Almost 3 years! Feb2022!!! Visa Bulletin movement is redicules

Hi, Mine will be two years on 03/13/2025. My PD is 10/17/2022. Finished my interview on 08/06/2024. FO is Baltimore, MD.

there are still hundreds if not thousands of people waiting that long unfortunately. USCIS quarterly reports show this. they’re not processing applications in order and some of us unlucky ones have to wait a long time. those posted processing times and their e-request system are a joke

sorry to hear that - look into filing a mandamus with a lawyer . is this employment based or marriage based ?

@Mr BD it is in Newark. last time I checked, it shows 12.5 months
