does it really states that response has to be sent by 28 Sept to be able to process this FY? because my RFE did not mention that

my rfe didn’t mention that send it back by 28, but they did mentioned to return it asap so they can take decision. its been 13 days they have recieved it. my service center is texas

yes my case is eb3. filed in September 2020 in nbc, in march they moved my case to texas to speed up. but texas ? whyyy 😂 i have other friends who applied with me one of them got in May and other one got 2 weeks ago, and im the only one left now

We are in a similar boat except that I am behind you in the process. EB2 NIW - PD Sep 2020. I485/I765/I131 filled in Nov 2020. Got combo card last week. No update on I485 - submitted biometrics in May. My case was transferred to Texas as well. Do you think Texas is processing Sep 2020 cases? Their processing times are running in 2016!! You will get yours soon IA!

IA bro, idk how they working on my case but i know someone who submitted their aos in 2019 and still waiting, texas is just working different no one could understand tbh

I see. Yeah - it’s slow + it seems to be unpredictable. I am just waiting when they will transfer my case to Boston FO, or in my extreme good luck, if they will decide the case in TSC itself.

i sent back medicals i693 to uscis, after getting RFE, almost 20 days back, but no update yet, not sure how much time they would be taking post receiving rfe response from my side .

happy dude I’m on similar boat, please keep me updated here. PD: June 2019 RD: October 30 2020 Bio: April 26 2021 EAD in hand: August 13 2021 Rfe letter in hand: August 27 2021 - no update online EB3 unskilled as well I had exam on Tuesday, my surgeon said results will be ready for tomorrow.

its been 30 days since they receive our rfe but no update yet, r they really going to adjudicate by sept 30th?

@hpo poni what is your received date? They are working on a October/November cases so I think it’s depends. I have seen cases from October that got approved few days after uscis received medical rfe.

@ D W You mean they are processing cases from Nov 2020. I submitted I485 in Nov. Mine is EB2. No update past fingerprints submission.

@adnan s It shows “Reaquest for additional evidence was sent”. Got my medical examination package delivered to USCIS last Monday, expecting some update now.

about 1 week. My card was sent to my lawyer office which is in a different state than mine. that was the order of status as far as i can remember: new card being produced case approved card pickup by usps tracking number card delivered
